Baltimore MD (BBR) -  BYRON T. DEESE founder of the Dream Makers Network is a native of Sanford, Florida, and resident of Hanover, Maryland.  Byron graduated from Tuskegee University, majoring in Finance and Political Studies. In 2009, he founded the Dream Makers Network which organizes professionals for the purpose of personal development.  Byron created the Mastermind call with the Dream Makers Network, which is bi-weekly conference call and social media show that focuses on providing personal development resources, interviews business, political, community, and spiritual leaders on relative topics.  You can access the recorded line of the Mastermind Call on 641-715-3868, access code 579472.  Through the Dream Makers Network, he also created the monthly professional networking event called ENGAGE, which is an effort to promote business development for entrepreneurs, and spotlights active nonprofit organizations, all while enjoying the sounds of Jazz and Neo Soul.


In business, Byron’s career has been focused on the distribution of financial services to the American workforce. After several years of working in client services, in 2012 Byron joined the field sales division with Mutual of America as a Group Account Executive, providing pension and retirement plan management services for small businesses and nonprofit organization.  He is a leader in their national field sales organization, finishing in the top five in sales in consecutive years.  He is motivated by the opportunity to provide cost-effective and high performing investment solutions for American small businesses, and to help their employees reach their retirement goals. Byron believes the financial services industry is intrinsically purposed to help American families have a vehicle to create wealth and preserve their hard-earned income.

Byron is married to his true friend and love of his life, Maria Campbell of Severn, Maryland, and they have daughter, Matyson Aleah. Byron says his purpose in life is to invest in the spirit of humanity, by helping others to identify with their God-given purpose for living, and to build their lives from there. His favorite quote comes from the 20th Century author Napoleon Hill, “Whatever your mind can conceive, and come to believe, you can achieve.”
